Return & Refund Policy
Eyeconichub can only accept returns if the lenses are found to be factory defective. It is important to note that we cannot offer lens replacement if you are unsatisfied with the color or if the parameters you have selected are not suitable for your eyes. Therefore, when placing an order through our online store, you are confirming that you have consulted with your Eye Care Specialist.
To exchange defective lenses, it is necessary to return them to us. Please note that defective lenses may only be exchanged for the same lens model, color, and prescription. If you receive defective lenses, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our Customer Service Department within 1-3 business days of receiving your shipment by logging into your account and submitting a ticket.
2. Return the defective lenses to us along with everything that came in the package, such as the box, blister, and labels.
3. If you have opened the blisters, please place the lenses in a lens case with a contact lens solution and return them to us with the box, including the opened blisters.
4. Defective lenses must be sent back to us within 3 business days from the time that you initially contacted our Customer Service to report the defect.
It is important to follow these instructions, as failure to do so will result in us being unable to replace your lenses. Please note that if the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued, and shipping charges will be deducted. Additionally, the manufacturer examines each lens to check for protein deposits, which indicate whether the lens was used. If there is a scratch or tear on the lens and it was used, the manufacturer may not replace the lens. Therefore, we kindly request that you inspect the lenses before wearing them. Shipping charges for returns of defective lenses will be the responsibility of the customer.
