eyeconichub.com is an exclusive, online store with a range of products from all major international brands. 


Who can order from eyeconichub.com?

Customers who have had a proper eye check and know they can tolerate contact lenses are welcome to buy from our site. For instructions on how to order, please check How to Choose Your Lenses. 


  • At Eyeconichub, you can find a wide range of colored lenses for both aesthetic purposes and acuity problems, such as myopia (nearsightedness), hyperopia (farsightedness), and astigmatism. 


  • It is essential to consult with your Eye Care Specialist before determining whether you require prescription lenses or not.


  • For customers with 20/20 acuity vision (6/6 Visual Acuity) who wish to change the color of their iris, we have Plano lenses with power 0.00. 


  • For customers with myopia (negative powers) or hyperopia (positive powers), we have Power lenses that cater to their specific needs. 


  • Customers with astigmatism can opt for Toric lenses, which are specially produced for them on a preorder basis.



BEFORE ORDERING



Important Note for Toric Orders

It is crucial to provide a prescription for Toric orders, which are final and cannot be modified once placed. Delivery time for Toric lenses may vary from 5 days to 8 weeks depending on your prescription.


What if I have different powers for each of my eyes in my prescription?

In case your prescription requires different parameters for each eye, certain brands can provide one pair with different prescriptions, and you won't need to order two separate boxes. But if you prefer a color from brands that cannot provide one pair with different powers, you will have to buy two separate boxes. Please note that once the original packaging is opened, we cannot mix your prescriptions.





What if I have astigmatism?

Eyeconichub.com provides a wide range of Toric lenses in both daily and monthly disposable from more than four international brands. All you have to do is provide your prescription, and we will suggest the perfect product that would match your needs.

Do you sell contact lens solutions, too?

Eyeconichub.com offers a variety of contact lens solutions for sale from more than three different brands. Each solution is specifically designed to cater to different eyes with varying needs. It is important to read the description of the lens solution before purchasing to ensure that you are selecting the right one.


How much do lenses at Eyeconichub cost?

At eyeconichub.com, lenses start from as low as 50 SAR. 


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by bank transfer, STC PAY, Apple Pay, and PayPal. 


I cannot decide which color(s) to purchase. Can I receive a free sample(s) to test the lenses before purchasing?

Unfortunately, we do not provide free samples. However, we suggest that you check out the catalogs on our website and compare the pictures before purchasing. 

How long can I wear contact lenses?

The duration of contact lenses varies from brand to brand, with some lasting for 3-4 months after opening and some for up to 6-9 months. The duration also depends on how long you wear the lenses and your tear film quality, which alters the life of contact lenses. It is recommended to dispose of the lenses after the wearing period mentioned above to avoid the risk of contracting ulcerous keratitis. Overwearing or abusing the lens beyond its limitation can lead to complications.


All About Shipping

The delivery time of your order depends on the type of service you choose. If you opt for our Xpress shipment, your order will be delivered within two to three days from the date of dispatch. However, if you choose our e-commerce shipment, then it may take around seven to nine days to get your order delivered if you are located outside Jeddah. 


It's important to note that Toric lenses may require some production time before dispatch. So, if you are planning to order Toric lenses, please feel free to DM us for more information before placing your order. Also, please note that the delivery times mentioned are approximate and may vary slightly.










POST ORDERING



What if I need some information about my order?

Simply log into your account, and under your ‘ Account Dashboard,’ you will see a complete list of recent orders. From here, it is possible to check whether the order has been dispatched and if a tracking code is available.


There is an error with the delivery address I provided. Can I update the delivery address of an existing order?

You can log into your Eyeconichub account and raise a ticket requesting to update your address details. 


Can I sleep with contact lenses?

No, it is not advisable to sleep with contact lenses. Your eyes must rest during sleep. Please remove your contact lenses before sleeping and put them in a lens case submerged in lens solution.


The lenses are moving on my cornea. 

Please ensure that the lenses are not inside-out, as this is one of the most common causes of movement in the eye. If the lenses are inverted, flip them inside out and give them a good wash before reapplying. 


The lenses seem too big or too small for me. 

There are two possibilities:

  • Firstly, the lenses may have become inverted and are not sitting correctly on your eye. This can be resolved by flipping them inside out and giving them a good wash before reapplying.

  • Another possibility is that the parameters of the chosen lenses are not suitable for your eyes, and you require a different diameter and/or base curve. 

Unfortunately, we cannot replace the lens or issue a refund if the parameters you have ordered are not suitable for your eyes (as per our terms and conditions).


I would like to exchange my lenses. 

We do not exchange or return the lenses, so please be careful while selecting and ordering the lenses. Moreover, please note that Toric lenses are custom-made, and therefore, they are not eligible for exchange.


I am experiencing discomfort while wearing the lenses. 

Please ensure that you have washed the lenses properly and check that they are not inside-out, as these are the most common causes of discomfort.

If the lenses are inverted, flip them inside out and give them a good wash before reapplying. You can use any all-in-one solution with your lenses.








There is a defect with the lenses. What is your return process?

We sincerely apologize for the unfortunate event that you received factory defective lenses.



Eyeconichub can only accept returns if the lenses are found to be factory defective. It is important to note that we cannot offer lens replacement if you are unsatisfied with the color or if the parameters you have selected are not suitable for your eyes. To exchange defective lenses, it is necessary to return them to us. Please note that defective lenses may only be

exchanged for the same lens model, color, and prescription. If you receive defective lenses, please follow these steps:


  • Contact our Customer Service Department within 1-3 business days of receiving your shipment by logging into your account and submitting a ticket.

  • Return the defective lenses to us along with everything that came in the package, such as the box, blister, and labels. 

  • If you have opened the blisters, please place the lenses in a lens case with a contact lens solution and return them to us with the box, including the opened blisters. 

  • Defective lenses must be sent back to us within 3 business days from the time that you initially contacted our Customer Service to report the defect. 


It is important to follow these instructions, as failure to do so will result in us being unable to replace your lenses. Please note that a refund will be issued if the product is unavailable, and shipping charges will be deducted. Additionally, the manufacturer examines each lens to check for protein deposits, which indicate whether the lens was used. If there is a scratch or tear on the lens and it was used, the manufacturer may not replace the lens. Therefore, we kindly request that you inspect the lenses before wearing them. Shipping charges for returns of defective lenses will be the responsibility of the customer.



CONTRAINDICATIONS (REASONS NOT TO USE)



It is not recommended to use any Spherical and Toric Daily Wear Soft Contact Lens made of poly macon in the presence of any of the following conditions:

  • Acute and subacute inflammation or infection of the anterior chamber of the eye.

  • Any eye disease, injury, or abnormality that affects the cornea, conjunctiva, or eyelids.

  • Severe insufficiency of lacrimal secretion (dry eyes).

  • Corneal hypoesthesia (reduced corneal sensitivity), if not aphakic.

  • Any systemic disease that may affect the eye or be exaggerated by wearing a contact lens.

  • Allergic reactions of ocular surfaces or adnexa that may be induced or exaggerated by wearing contact lenses or the use of contact lens solutions. 

  • Allergy to any ingredient, such as mercury or thimerosal, in a solution that is to be used to care for the soft contact lens. 

  • Any active corneal infection (bacterial, fungi, or viral)

  • If eyes become red or irritated.

  • Patients unable to follow lens care regimen or unable to obtain assistance to do so.




WARNING



  • Avoid reusing or "topping off" old solutions left in the lens case when wearing lenses on a frequent/planned replacement schedule. Doing so can significantly reduce the effectiveness of lens disinfection and increase the risk of severe infection, vision loss, or blindness. "Topping-Off" refers to adding fresh solution to a solution that has been sitting in the case.

  • To prevent serious eye infections, it's essential to rub and rinse frequent/planned replacement lenses for the recommended amount of time when disinfecting them. The wearer's instruction guide for frequent/planned replacement lenses provides detailed instructions on how to do this correctly.

  • Avoid using water, saline solution, or rewetting drops to disinfect lenses, as these solutions are not effective in disinfecting them. Failure to use the recommended disinfectant can lead to severe infection, vision loss, or blindness. It's important to follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer or eye care practitioner regarding the proper use of disinfectants.

  • Avoid storing lenses or rinsing lens cases with water or any non-sterile solution. Patients wearing frequent/planned replacement lenses should only use fresh multi-purpose solution or sterile saline solution to prevent contamination of lenses or lens cases. The use of non-sterile solutions can lead to severe infection, vision loss, or blindness. It's important to follow the manufacturer's instructions or consult an eye care practitioner regarding the proper use of solutions.

  • Water may contain microorganisms that can cause severe infection, vision loss, or blindness. If a patient's lenses have been submerged in water while swimming in pools, lakes, or oceans, it's essential to discard them and replace them with a new pair. Patients should consult their eye care practitioner for recommendations on wearing lenses during water-related activities.

  • Discard multi-purpose solutions by the indicated date to avoid contamination, which can lead to severe infection, vision loss, or blindness. Also, multi-purpose solutions should not be used with Daily Disposable lenses at any time, as these lenses are meant to be disposed of after each use and do not require disinfection. 

  • Using a multi-purpose solution with Daily Disposable lenses can cause contamination and pose a risk of severe infection, vision loss, or blindness.
